Once you’ve selected your style, you can customize it further by choosing the color, shape (round or rectangular), dimensions, and border type—whether a folded edge, a matching serged edge, or premium cotton tape. For added comfort, you can also include an extra cushioned pad.

If your rug’s smallest dimension is 9 feet or less, it will arrive in under 2 weeks (e.g 8 by 10 feet). For larger rugs (e.g. 10 by 12 feet), delivery may take up to 4 weeks, as they require alternative shipping methods due to their size and weight.

After this period, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges, except in cases covered by our Limited Warranty. A white wool rug in a low-traffic bedroom may endure for years, while the same rug in a busy entryway may show wear more quickly. Since durability varies, we can’t guarantee a specific lifespan.
